    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island

    Another beautiful May day here in Frisco! High temperature was 75F again today. Hoping for some good rain here soon, but we’ll take the nice temps. As of now the winds are out of the East at 3mph.

    No reports from Avon at this time.

    Spanish Mackerel showed up at ramp 44 earlier today.

    Some Sea Mullet here in Frisco.

    Offshore boats out of Hatteras had a fantastic day with Blue Marlin. Chaser, Tuna Duck, Bite Me and Hatteras Fever II all released one Blue Marlin. Hatteras Fever II also brought one Blue Marlin to the docks.

    They also brought in Dolphin, Wahoo and some Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna.

    The Cobia showed up today for the inshore boats! They also had a great day with Red Drum.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island

    More of the same weather conditions today. High of 75F with winds out of the East right now at 9mph. Looks like the next couple days with be the same.

    Only thing we’ve heard are some Pompano and puppy Drum off the surf in Hatteras around ramp 55 late yesterday afternoon and early evening.

    Plenty of fresh mullet in the shop tonight…! Stop in, pick some up and give it a shot. Winds should be changing in your favor tomorrow.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island

    Our high temperature today was 72F. Not a bad day here to enjoy our beautiful beaches or explore what the island has to offer.

    Surf fishing was again on the slow side. Anglers, hang in there for another day. Looks like the winds are going to shift out of the SE early Wednesday morning.

    Most of the offshore boats out of Hatteras made it out today and brought back some King Mackerel, Dolphin, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna and some bottom fish.

    Carolina Girl released a Sailfish….!

    Inshore boats found Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Red Drum and a couple Cobia.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island

    Another nice day here in Frisco. High temp for today was 70F. Winds are out of the North at 10mph.

    Fishing has been slow again. We need the winds to shift for the surf to come alive.

    Heard of a few scattered Sea Mullet.

    The offshore boats out of Hatteras landed on the Dolphin today. They also did well with King Mackerel, Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna.

    Inshore boats were bringing in Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish as well as some Red Drum.

    Congratulations to Sea Creature again today. He caught and released a Blue Marlin.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island

    Hope everyone enjoyed their Saturday here on the island or wherever you may be. Lovely day today with a high temperature of 68F. We are looking at winds out of the NE right now at 16mph.

    Slow, slow day fishing off of the surf today. Only heard of some Sea Mullet in Avon and off of ramp 49 in Frisco.

    Rodanthe Pier-Puppy Drum, Sea Mullet, Spot, Grey Trout, Bluefish, Sheepshead and Flounder

    Offshore boats out of Hatteras that went out today brought back Dolphin, Wahoo, Blackfin and Yellowfin Tuna.

    The inshore captains found Spanish Mackerel today.

    SEA CREATURE caught and released a Blue Marlin today. Nice job Creature!

    Hatteras Village Offshore Open: At the time of this post Top Dog was in first place followed by Qualifier then Sea Striker.
