Another hot July day here with a high of 91F….!

Not a whole lot to report off the beach today except for some Sea Mullet.

Offshore out of Hatteras was slow today with only reports of Dolphin.

Inshore boats did well bringing back Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish. In the sound there were catches of Red Drum.

Nothing to report on the surf today here in Frisco. There were reports of Sea Mullet in Avon and Buxton.

The inshore fleet out of Hatteras reported catches of Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish again today.

The offshore boats brought back Dolphin, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna and some Grouper.

Happy Saturday from Frisco! It was a hot one today with a high of 89F…..Good day to hit the beach and enjoy the beautiful ocean.

Surf fishing was a little slow here in Frisco at ramp 49. Avon and Buxton beaches reported Sea Mullet.

The offshore fleet here in Hatteras had a great day with Blackfin Tuna and Dolphin. There were a few Wahoo scattered in.

Bottom fishing produced large Grouper, Tilefish and Triggerfish.

Inshore boats came back with plenty of Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish.

We had a high of 88F here in Frisco today! Hot and humid but a good day for fishing.

Avon and Buxton reported Sea Mullet and Pompano today. Here in Frisco there was a strong Sea Mullet bite.

The inshore fleet out of Hatteras did really well on Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish and Speckled Trout.

The offshore fleet had scattered Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna along with bottom fishing for Triggerfish and Amberjack.

Today’s high was 91F and humid. Winds were down at 6-10mph ENE.

Nothing to report off the beach today.

We did have one citation Speckled Trout weighed here at the shop this evening by customer William Smith from Buxton. 5 pound, 11 ounces!

The inshore boats out of Hatteras reported catches of Speckled Trout, Red Drum, and Bluefish.

The offshore fleet caught Wahoo, Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, Grouper, Red Snapper, Tilefish, Sea Bass, and Sailfish.
