    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today was cloudy, with some thunderstorms late afternoon.  The temperature was around 80F.  The winds were out of the southwest, around 13mph this morning and switched to the northwest this afternoon and storms moved in.
    The beach fishing is a little slow, there have been a few sea mullet around today.
    There is no inshore report for today.
    A few boats went offshore and came back with some Blackfin Tuna, dolphin and a few wahoo.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today was cloudy, with some thunderstorms late afternoon.  The temperature was around 76F.  The winds were out of the southwest, around 10 mph this morning and around 25 mph during the storms.
    No reports from the beach front.  Folks did go out, just didn’t hear anything back.  There had been bluefish and sea mullet caught over the weekend.
    The Inshore boats had a good spanish mackerel and bluefish catches today.
    There was no offshore report for today.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today was mostly sunny with temperatures in the low 80s. Winds were 4-10 mph from the WSW. Water temp has cooled off into the upper 60s
    High tide 0:47 am, 1:24 pm    and    Low tide 7:25 am, 7:18 pm
    Over the past few days there have been catches of Drum, Spanish, Sea Mullet, and Pompano with multiple citations
    The Inshore boats had a great Spanish Mackerel bite in the morning and Cobia in the afternoon.
    The offshore fleet had gaffer Mahi, Wahoo, scattered Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna, and a White Marlin release. Bottom fishing produced lots of Triggerfish.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today we had rain showers in the morning with temperatures in the high 70s. Winds started out at 15 to 20 SSE this morning and calmed down to 10 to 15 out of the SSE this afternoon. Sea surface temps off the Point and south of the point are in the low 70s.
    High tide 12:19 pm    and     Low tide  6:26 am,  6:11 pm
    Ramp 43 had a run of Spanish this morning. Ramp 43 also had a few sea mullet.  The point is closed to fishing
    The Inshore boats had slot Red Drum this afternoon.
    The offshore fleet had citation catches of: Wahoo, Dolphin, Spearfish, and Blackfin. There were also some Yellowfin caught, Trigger Fish, Vermilion Snapper, and Tile Fish.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today we had sunny skies with temperatures in the high 70s low 80s. Winds picked up to around 10 mph out of the ESE and now are dropping out. Sea surface temps off the Point were in the low 70s.
    High tide 11:21 am, 11:48 pm  and Low tide  5:31 am, 5:12 pm
    Off ramp 43 there was a 2 lb Sea Mullet caught. The point is still closed to fishing
    The Inshore boats had plenty of citation Cobia and Red Drum releases along with Bluefish, and Spanish Mackerel.
    The offshore fleet had catches of: Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Vermilion Snapper, King Mackerel, citation: Grouper and Wahoo, and Mahi
