    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island

    Today was rainy in the lower 50’s.  The winds were from the north at 10 to 14 mph, with wind gust from 19 to 27 mph.

    No one reported any catch today do to the weather.  Hopefully anglers will be out there tomorrow.

    No offshore or inshore boats went out today.

    Reminder the Hatteras Island Christmas Parade was rescheduled until tomorrow, hope to see you there.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island

    Today was rainy in the mid 40’s.  The winds were from the northeast at 8 to 18 mph, with wind gust from 18 to 30 mph.

    In Avon Puppy Drum were reported otherwise it was a slow day of fishing due to the weather.

    No offshore or inshore boats went out today.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island

    Today was rainy in the low 50’s.  The winds were from the northwest at 5 to 7 mph.

    In Avon they are still catching Sea Mullet.  In Buxton at Cape Point Black Drum and Puppy Drum were reported.

    Offshore boats caught King Mackerel and a few Albacore.

    Inshore boats had a nice catch of  Puppy Drum.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island

    Today we started off with temps in the mid 60’s, by the afternoon it was in the mid 50’s.  The winds were from the west to northwest at 5 to 10 mph with gusts as high as 25 mph.  Scattered rain starting in the afternoon

    It was a slow fishing day with only one report of a citation sea mullet caught in Buxton.

    There were no inshore or offshore boats out today.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today we had some heavy rain in the morning.  The winds were from the south at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the low 70’s.

    Up on the Avon beach lots of sea mullet were caught.  Around the Buxton beaches sea mullet and bluefish were reported. Out at Cape Point in Buxton some citation red drum and puppy drum were reported.  Over on the Frisco beach a few sea mullet and black drum were caught.

    There were no inshore or offshore boats out today.
