• Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today we had cool weather early tuning nice and warm by mid day.  The winds were from the south-west at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the low 60’s.

    Up on the Avon beach bluefish, puppy drum, sea mullet and flounder were reported.  Around the Buxton beaches  puppy drum and bluefish were caught.  Over on the Frisco beach some nice speckled trout were caught.  Pictured is  Bessie Pace of Buxton with with a nice 4lb 1oz speckled trout.

    The inshore boats caught a few bluefish and speckled trout today.

    The offshore boats caught dolphin, wahoo, king mackerel, black fin tuna and 2 white marlin.

    Today we had sunny skies.  The winds were from the north at 5 to 10 mph and the temperatures were in the high 50’s

    In Avon some Puppy Drum and Bluefish were reported.  Around Buxton  Puppy Drum, Bluefish,and Speckled Trout  were caught.  Over on the Frisco beach Puppy Drum were reported.

    No offshore or inshore charters went out today.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today we had sunny skies.  The winds were from the north northwest at 10 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 60’s.

    In Avon some scattered sea mullet were reported.  Around Buxton  Puppy Drum, Bluefish, Speckled Trout and Sea Mullet were caught.  Over on the Frisco beach some Speckled Trout were caught along with a few Bluefish and some scattered Puppy Drum.

    Off shore charters reported Blackfin Tuna and some Wahoo.

    Inshore charters reported Puppy Drum and Speckled Trout.

    Fish on.

    Today we had sunny skies.  The winds were from the north at 7-14 mph and the temperatures were in the low 60’s.

    In Avon  some puppy drum, black drum and sea mullet were reported.  Around the Buxton  puppy drum, black drum and sea mullet were caught.  Over on the Frisco beach speckled trout fishing was great, bluefish and puppy drum were reported.

    There is no inshore or offshore report for today

    Today we had cooler temperatures and over cast skies.  The winds were from the north at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 50’s.

    Up on the Avon beach some puppy drum and bluefish were reported.  Around the Buxton beaches puppy drum, bluefish and sea mullet were caught.  Over on the Frisco beach some real good speckled trout fishing, puppy drum,bluefish and citation sea mullet were reported.  Pictured are a couple of citation sea mullet caught over on the Frisco beach today.
