  • Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was a beautiful, yet chilly day on Hatteras Island.  It felt like a nice fall day, 56F was the high.  The winds were out of the east all day, blowing real good this morning around 20 mph, but lessening as the day went.  It’s still out of the east tonight around 5 mph.

The report is still a little short, even though the weather seems okay.  Cape Point had drum being reported, not sure on sizes.  There was a lot of grass from Frisco down to Hatteras today.  Tomorrow should be better.

There is no inshore or offshore report for today.
