The island skies were cloudy today.  We had a high around 72F with light south winds.  The winds are supposed to increase so hold on to your hats!

Buxton beaches had a little bit of everything today.  There were catches of puppy drum, sea mullet, blow toads, sharks, even a few spots and bluefish.  Cape Point had a nice big red drum bite this evening.  Ramp 49 had reports of black drum, blow toads, sea mullet, even a yearling size drum close to the closure this morning.  Hatteras reports puppy drum, black drum and sea mullet.

The inshore red drum action continues!  The offshore action is warming up!  There were good catches of blackfin tuna, a few dolphin and wahoo.  There were 2 blue marlin released.  Pictured below is Godspeed Charters with one of two blue marlin releases today.
