• Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

The Weather in Frisco was mostly sunny and hot today.  We had south winds 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 80’s.  The Buxton beach had some pretty good catches of spot, sea mullet, croaker and a few bluefish and puppy drum.  Over on the Frisco beach the sea mullet and blue fish were biting good.  The inshore and offshore fishing was really good today. The inshore guys had good speckled and gray trout, some nice blue fish and puppy drum and several over 40″ big red drum.  The offshore boats caught good amounts of dolphin and wahoo.  One blue marlin was released.  Below is the “Godspeed” charter boat with a 42 lb snowy grouper they caught today.
