Today was a beautiful day here on the island. We had a high temperature of 65F this afternoon. Winds are out of the East right now at 6mph. Tomorrow looks like it’s going to be another fine day.

Saw that there were puppy Drum and Sheepshead caught at the jetties today.

Sea Mullet here off of ramp 48 and 49.

No reports from Hatteras.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Sunny day here in Frisco. We had a high temperature of 60F just after noon today. Winds are out of the South right now at 6mph.

Haven’t heard much from the Avon or Buxton beaches today.

There were a lot of Blowtoads caught off of ramp 49 in Frisco today along with some Sea Mullet and a couple of nice puppy Drum.

A couple of puppy Drum and Blowtoads caught in Hatteras today as well.

One boat went offshore out of Hatteras. The Release did well again. They brought back Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo and a couple of Dolphin.

Hope everyone enjoyed their Easter Sunday. We had a high temperature of 64F today with winds out of the SW right now at 23mph.

Sounds like some big Red Drum showed up at the point today at sunset.

Blowtoads and Sea Mullet here at ramp 49 earlier today.

Puppy Drum and Sea Mullet off of ramp 55.

One boat went offshore today out of Hatteras. The Release caught 4 Wahoo and some Yellowfin Tuna.

Captain’s Log: Star Date: 04-03-2021

We had a chilly but beautiful day here in Frisco. Nice day to explore the beaches. Winds out of the NE right now at 3mph.

Lots of Sea Mullet and Blowtoads here off of ramp 49 in Frisco.

Heard reports of some big sharks at the point but have not seen any photos at this time.

No offshore report today.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Absolutely gorgeous day to finish out March here in Frisco. We had a high temperature of 72F but a real feel of 80F. Right now we have winds out of the South at 19mph. Rain moving in overnight and the winds are picking up and switching to the North then Northwest by mid day. Temps are not going to make it out of the 50’s tomorrow.

Blowtoads and Sea Mullet on the Avon beaches today.

Puppy Drum and Sea Mullet in Buxton. Saw some larger sharks caught at the point.

Small Spot, Sea Mullet, Blowtoads and sharks caught off of ramp 48 and 49 earlier today.

One boat went offshore out of Hatteras today. The Release did very well with Yellowfin Tuna and pulled in one Wahoo as well.

Inshore boats were catching large Red Drum also.

One boat out of Teach’s Lair today brought in a 13.25 pound Sheepshead…!
