Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today’s high here in Frisco was 81F. Light rain and wind out of the East at 19mph. Looks like the same forecast here for the next couple of days. Fish are still out there so give it a go!

Surf fishing here off of 49 was a little slow but still had reports of scattered Spanish Mackerel and small Pompano. Scattered Spanish up and down the beach as well.

Still a very good Red Drum bite in the sound from here to Hatteras.

Offshore fishing was a bit rough but those who did go out reported catches of Dolphin, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Snapper, Triggerfish and Tilefish. Fifteen Sailfish and two Blue Marlin were caught and released today as well.

The inshore boats are doing well with catch and release of large Red Drum, bluefish and keeper Red Drum.

High for today here in Frisco was 82F with winds at 21mph out of the NE. Made for a choppy day surf fishing but the fish are still out there. Just put in some time and you’ll find some.

Pompano and Sea Mullet here off of ramp 49 in Frisco. Pompano off the surf in Avon. Red Drum bite is good in the sound.

Offshore charter boats out of Hatteras stayed at the dock due to windy conditions.

The inshore boats did well with large Red Drum.

High for today here in Frisco was 84F with winds out of the North at 18mph.

Fishing here off ramp 49 has been pretty good today with anglers catching Flounder, Sea Mullet, Spanish Mackerel and small Pompano.

Good Red Drum bite in the sound.

The offshore boats out of Hatteras did well today with Blackfin Tuna, a few Dolphin and Wahoo. Five Sailfish and one Blue Marlin were caught and released as well.

Inshore boats reported good catches of big Red Drum.

High for today here in Frisco was 89F with winds out of the SW at 12mph.

Good day fishing up and down the beaches today with Avon reporting Sea Mullet, Pompano, Croakers and Spanish Mackerel. Here in Frisco we had Sea Mullet, Pompano and Spanish Mackerel.

The offshore fleet had great catches of Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, and Wahoo. There were also a few Blue marlin and a Sailfish released.

The inshore boats did well with citation and slot size drum, Bluefish, Speckled Trout, and Spanish Mackerel.

Good day fishing up and down the beaches today with Avon reporting Sea Mullet, Pompano, Croakers and Spanish Mackerel. Here in Frisco we had Sea Mullet, Pompano and Spanish Mackerel.

The offshore boats out of Hatteras did well today with Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna. Sea Creature had an outstanding day releasing four Blue Marlin and one Sailfish!

The inshore boats did well again with Red Drum, Speckled Trout, Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish.
