Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Another beautiful day out today. The winds were from the South-West at 10-20 mph. Temperatures were in the upper 70’s again today.

Slow fishing off the beach today. In Buxton there was big bluefish and red drum caught at the point again today. There was bluefish and sea-mullet scattered all along the beach from Buxton to Hatteras.

Inshore was slower today. the winds kept everyone in the sound. There was keeper puppy drum and some big bluefish.

Off shore was slow today also due to wind. For the few that made it out there was good yellow-fin tuna fishing.

Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Beautiful weather today although a little windy. The winds were from the South-West at 10-15 mph. The temperatures were in the upper 70’s throughout the day.

Good fishing off the beach today. In Buxton there was bluefish sea-mullet, flounder, and drum at the point. Here in Frisco there was sea-mullet and bluefish biting. Hatteras beach had bluefish off the beach and in the sound and some red drum late at night near the inlet.

Mr. Zimmerman with an 8lb 13oz bluefish he caught today at Ramp 55 in Hatteras today.

William Partin went to the point tonight and caught and released this nice 45 inch citation drum.

Inshore there has bean great fishing. The schools and red drum and black drum were all over today. There was a great bluefish bite today. The cobia are starting to show up with nice size fish being caught.

Offshore today there was a great dolphin bite with a few boats getting limits. The black-fin tuna are biting as well.

Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today we had sunny skies with south-west winds 5-10 mph. The temperatures were in the low 80’s.

Around the Buxton beaches there were sea mullet, bluefish, sheeps head and puppy drum reported. Out at Cape Point in Buxton there were lots big bluefish, some puppy drum and bigger red drum reported. Over on the Frisco beach sea mullet and big bluefish were caught. Pictured is Mike Callahan from Delaware with a 8 lb 8 oz bluefish caught at Ramp 49 in Frisco today. Nice Catch!!!

The inshore boats caught big bluefish and red drum today.

The offshore boats had excellent dolphin and black fin tuna action.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today we had sunny skies with east south-east winds 10-12 mph. The temperatures were in the upper 70’s.

Around the Buxton beaches there were sea mullet, bluefish and puppy drum reported. Out at Cape Point in Buxton there were big black drum, citation red drum and lots big bluefish caught. Over on the Frisco beach sea mullet, blow toads and some puppy drum were caught.

The inshore boats caught more big bluefish today.

The offshore boats had real good black fin tuna action.

Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was overcast and windy. The winds were from the north-east at 15-20 mph and the temperatures were in the low 70’s.

Out at Cape Point in Buxton there were sea mullet, big bluefish and a few blow toads reported. Down on the Hatteras beaches big bluefish were caught.

Pictured is Josh Kiser with a nice 8lb 5 oz bluefish he caught on the Hatteras beach at Ramp 55.

The inshore boats caught big bluefish today.
