Happy 4th of July to all of our customers.  We appreciate each and every one of you.  The Weather in Frisco was sunny and humid today.  We had south-west winds 10-15 mph with some gust to 20 mph.  The temperatures were in the upper 80’s.  Around the Buxton beaches their were some sea mullet and a few spanish mackerel caught.  The Frisco beach had some nice catches of sea mullet with some citation size fish.  The Hatteras beaches were producing lots of sea mullet and some pompano.  The inshore boats caught all the spanish mackerel you wanted and a few speckled trout.  The offshore fleet came back with good amounts of dolphin in the gaffer and bailer size, a few wahoo and blackfin tuna.  Two blue marlin, a hatchet marlin(similar to a white marlin) and a sailfish were released today.

The Weather in Frisco was sunny, hot and stormy in the afternoon.  We had south-west winds 10-15 mph most of the day.  By 4pm a line of heavy lighting and rain moved through and produced heavy lighting, thunder, rain and wind.  Some of the gusts were as high as 50 mph.  The temperatures were in the upper 80’s.  Today the Buxton beaches had a few sea mullet and bluefish.  Out on the Hatteras beaches real good sea mullet catches today.  The inshore boats caught lots of speckled and gray trout.  Some bluefish and a few keeper red drum were caught.  The offshore boats caught some dolphin, a few wahoo and blackfin tuna.  Three blue marlin were released.  Below is the “Bite Me” charter boat with one of the two blue marlin they released today.

The Weather in Frisco was sunny, hot and humid.  We had south-east winds switching to the south-west at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the low 90’s.  The only fishing report I have were some pompano and sea mullet down on the Hatteras beach. The inshore boats caught spanish mackerel and bluefish on the oceanside and some speckled trout and some big red drum in the Pamlico sound.  The offshore dolphin fishing was excellent, a few wahoo and blackfin tuna were caught.  One blue marlin, four white marlin and  two sailfish were released.   Bottom fishing was real good today.  Grouper, tilefish, triggerfish and sea bass were caught.  Below is the sailfish that the “Sea Creature” charter boat released today.
